Pepper Market Food Court Increase...

Can anyone verify if this is true. I read this on another board.

CS update: If eating in the Pepper Market food court, the added gratuity has been raised to 15%!!!!

This surely will hurt their business since many of the complaints about CSR now are guests don't like paying the 10%.

Wow, if that is true that will surely kill business. Why not just slightly increase food prices? Where did you read it Mario? PM me if you don't want to post it here.

Hi,

Just looked at one of my recieves from the Peppermarkt. On the 6th of may it was 10%. Maybe it has increased after this date. I will look for a recieve with a later date.

For 15% gratuity I would like to sit on my fanny and have a server bring me the whole meal. I suspect many other Mommies would say the same.

Just ate there yesterday 5/13 and it was still 10%.

Phew! I'm glad to see that it seems to still be at 10%. I don't mind paying that, but if they are thinking about upping the gratuity... Here's to hoping it stays at 10% forever (although zero would be nice too ! )
