For those of you who frequent Raise, and have the newer chip cards, are you finding that you have to type in all your card information for each purchase, even when you didn't have to do it before? My card number is still on file under my profile, but when I try to purchase I have to put the whole card number, expiration, and CCV every single time.

Yes that is happening to me too now. Real bummer because I lost out on some good target cards because it took to long to type in the card info and once I did the gift card was gone.

I emailed their customer service to ask and they said yes, it's part of their new security measures...

"Thank you for contacting Raise Member Services.
We are currently updating our security systems and that is one of the features that we temporarily disabled, so yes for the time being you will need to enter your credit card information for each transaction.
I do apologize for this inconvenience but, rest assured you will be notified when the "saved credit card" feature will be available again."

Yep all my cards have been chip cards for awhile now and I noticed this a few weeks ago and agreed, very frustrating to have to enter all the information (even though it's stored already) and then by the time it's done, the card is gone. I hope they get it fixed soon :)

can't you open up a word doc, type in your cc info and just copy/paste when you need it? could save you a few seconds
