Hi everyone

Has anyone gone to a resort for the day at Cozumel via Resortpass? Looking into some of the all-inclusive options (3 adults) and curious if anyone has had experience?

Was it worth it? What was the transit time like from the boat? How was the beach?

TIA!

Didn’t use Resortpass but booked at Cabana Beach at Chankanaab and just took a taxi from the port. If I remember the drive was about 15-20 minutes. There are options for cabana rentals and food/drink

Be wary of Resortpass. I'll never use them again. I had a bad experience at a property I booked through them that had stellar reviews. Well, that's because they clearly don't publish any negative ones. I got an email after our experience asking us to review it, and I submitted a negative (albeit, accurate) review and it was published on their site.

At the very least, check reviews of the property across multiple sites (Google, Tripadvisor, etc) before booking with them instead of just relying on the review from their site. There are also other sites like Resort For A Day that offer the same thing.

We booked Nachi Cocom Cozumel Beach Club directly on their website and had a good experience.
