For some reason. 
I think I spent more time listening and laughing than working today. Luckily keeping customers happy is in my job description.
One was 88 and she was funny. Talking about her hats and how she loved to shop.
Another one talked about her friend dying. She was 59 and she knew her friend since she was 4.
There were more, but those two talked my ears off.
