Aside from the penny that get's pressed, how much is it to press a penny? I was thinking of doing this with my three girls on our next trip.

50 cents. Sometimes (though I honestly haven't found any yet in DL, I've seen a few in WDW) you'll get lucky and find a quarter press. Those things are sweet. Costs a buck in addition to the quarter on those ones though.

yeah, we did one quarter press, of Sleeping Beauty. Everything else we did were pennies. We did them all over Disneyland, and still haven't filled up our book. I know we will be working on it more on our next trip. My kids just love the penny presses!

I'm 25 and I still collect 'em. Makes for great souvineers (I'm not even going to try and spell that right) and they last forever.

Yes, it is fun to get a "squished" penny, as we call them.

I found this with a detailed list all the pennies at DL. There are several quarter machines listed. It shows all the 50th machines and their locations.

I am wondering if getting these for each of my daughters is a good thing. I will want one for myself also and I don't know if I want to spend $104.04 on pressed pennies...and that doesn't include the books! I am a sucker though and will probably give in to my daughters and get us all one anyways...after all, it will only be the 50th anniversary once.

Do all of the "regular" machines get changed out once a year? (new design each year)
