penny press cleaning

Hi all,

I wrote down the "recipe" for cleaning pennies. Now I can't find it. I know pre 82 are best. I know the ingredients. I just don't the amount of the ingredients. ex. 1/4 tsp vs 1 tsp etc. thanks to any & all who can help.
