Are there Penny or Quarter Presses at US or IOA like there are at Disney?

Yes, there are a lot of them. You can go to guest services and try to get a list of the locations of the machines, but the staff was pretty clueless when I did this. They took a long time to even understand what I was looking for, but found a list that was outdated. I don't have my list anymore, but I think there was at least 120 pennies to be pressed between the two parks.
