I don't see why not. I seriously enjoy this dish when I was there and I consider myself a foodie!

Just got back from Disneyland and did have the Penne Pasta with Shrimp with extra shrimp which cost an extra $10 (!) but it was very good!!

But it would have been nice to have a piece of bread to soak up the sauce.
