Pending: Points for rent: 90 points $8.00 each

I have 90 points to rent for $8.00 each, plus any and all Paypal fees. They expire January 31, 2011. Reservations must be made no later than December 25, 2010, and must be between now and January 31. I will only accept Paypal payment, as this will protect buyer and seller. A 50% deposit once reservation is made, and the remainder after you receive confirmation letter. I will not reimburse for cancellations. Points cannot be transferred, as they are previously banked. All sales are final with no refund once the reservation has been made. I would like to rent all of the points to one party, but prefer not to rent less than 80 if that's all you need. I hope this answers any questions you may have. We will have a signed agreement to complete before reservations are made. Thanks for looking, and Welcome Home.

I will check availability for you and get back. I need to ask if it is ok to have 5 people in your party, as the room only sleeps 4, and they are funny about that, but the 2 year old may not actually count as a whole person. I would have to order your dining plan, but you would have to make your own reservations, and pay for it at check in. I definitely have a contract, and can give you any references you request. Thanks for looking.

Ok, the only resort they have available at this time is Saratoga springs, only available from Nov. 27 - Dec. 2. Also, the 2 years old is considered an infant, and does not require the dining plan, nor counts against occupancy. So a studio would be acceptable.

If you end up with some left-over. I am looking for a 1 night stay (to extend an existing trip) at AKV Jambo in a studio room on Sunday, October 24th. I would prefer a standard view room at only 11 points, or even a value room at 9 points (unlikely to be available I know) but would even consider a Savannah View room for 14 points at $8 per point.
