Pen names, anyone?

Does anyone here have a pen name? (nom de plum, for those who want to be fancy) How'd you get it/come up with it? It doesn't have to neccasarily be your screen name, and it could apply to anything (art, writing...)

Mine's Leyla Starre, and I use it for my writing. The first part, Leyla, is actually a Turkish word meaning "the night and the light that brightens it". "Starre" got added at the end, because I thought "What light brightens the night?" My answer was "a star", and "Starre" is just my way of spelling it.

Mines "Little Freak" It was used on The L Word, and now people call me it, because im little in height and well.. freak! LOL.. just funny i guess. nothing special really.

Either that or people still refer to me as "Dixie" which was my name in my ex-band. All me and my ex-band members and seperate names. I was Dixie, because at the time I was fascinated by the Dixie Horn, for some reason I just couldnt stop singing it

when my friend and i write our fanfiction and stuff, we post under the name lemonaid. our reasoning is because "southern girls make the best lemonade" and the "ade" is changed to "aid" to aid in the story "fix" us fanfiction peoples crave.
with regular stories, i really like the name and use lorelei. not because of gilmore girls, because of the real story behind the siren lorelei.
