Dennis says the same thing! Everyone has Crocs but him.
I've found Kenneth Cole shoes at Ross and I've shopped at Marshall's as well. But I am not a shopper. People think I am, but I'm not. Discount clothing stores require you to search out a good find. That's why most women can go to Marshall's or Ross or TJMaxx. They will look through rack after rack. I want to go into a store pick up 3-4 things and be out of there as quickly as possible.
I'm thinking of going to Old Navy for cargo shorts and I think I've bought chonies at the Gap before. thanks for the great adviceI appreciate any and all input.
I have a break today at work, maybe I'll go and check Ross out...just for you![]()
Keens versus Merrils....pricewise I'd skip stores and do it all online, they all have free return these days and if they don't try elsewhere. You'll get a much better/wider selection and you don't have to deal with the store. I know I just saw a really good coupon for one of them...I can try to dig it up. It wasn't zappos but someone I've had good luck with before too.
I think I'm the only Mom in America whose kids have never worn, nor own a pair of crocs...

I think they're really cute on little kids.
I've tried them on, but they weren't comfortable to me.
Nope. You have company. Mine have never worn, nor own a pair either..... neither do I. I keep looking at them but just never seem to "pull the trigger" I work around pools too! You would think Croc would PAY ME to advertise.![]()

I'm with you. I bought them to wear when I KNOW my feet will be getting wet, so I wore them to Universal/IOA in September. Can I just say that I would rather walk around with disgusting wet sneakers & socks all day? Those things ripped my feet to shreds.
That is SO interesting! I totally think they don't look that comfy and that it seems they would sort of rub on your feet and give you blisters! Don't mean to offend, but that's just my opinion on them... I did actually buy them for Erin once (princess ones) but ended up returning them.
I think I just don't get the appeal. They just don't seem that flattering on one's foot

I said I WISH I could come!!!!I'm back. I'm still REALLY tired. I may not get to all the chatter. Sorry. I will try and keep up now.
Now if we could just get those Vanderbilt girls there..![]()
If I got your tone right, there was a beat between "elementary school." and "and my mother".
That had me cracking me up...

We do own Croc's but only wear them at Disney. We swore we'd never own any but so much for that!! They were nice to have during our hot May trip in 2008.![]()
OK, that settles it. I will become your personal shopper....I figure it this way, if you can talk about and show your undies on the web then you won't mind me picking them out for you, if I can do it for my son, dh, and my dad, than I can do a good job for any one.
Just send me the list of what you like, brands, sizes, and colors that you like best and I can go to town for you.
I am one of those said women, I like to take the time to shop and look through things, it's how you find good deals, and it's how you know when something is new and its stuff you've already seen before. I hit the stores often enough so I can scan quickly and know what's new and what's not. There! Said! Done!
Seriously, I think if you hit the stores every so often you could find some good deals there, it's actually worth checking them out for the savings.
And if you do really need a personal shopper....I'm always at your service, and I won't even charge you for it.![]()
She's right Jordie...I'm pretty sure it was man who came up with the internet,<Oh wait! It was, it was Al Gorewhat was I thinking!> I think they did this to help guide all men to be able to do everything from home and never have to step foot in a store.

This is how my DH does ALL of his Christmas shopping. I say this all tongue and cheek because I'm one of those that actually likes to go out and shop, but I'm also blessed beyond belief to be able to stay home so I can. I don't really think badly of people who don't or don't have the time to leave and do it. I admire anyone who can take care of them selves and family no matter how things get done.![]()
