PeepsII-The Hot, Sweaty Asian Strikes Back. Feb 2010. 12/2-Part 2 has begun.

Your itinerary looks awesome! I need to make mine more detailed like that. Although my mom would probably think I was even crazier than I am with the one I have now!!! I love Sunshine Seasons, CHH, and WPE for counter service...yum!

I am not really wanting 2 TS meals at AKL/V....even though the restaurants there are highly regarded, but maybe that's the way to go....HELP.

Wow, that's one detailed plan Jordan! There were a lot of positive comments about the pork chop entree (I think) at Sanaa, which is only on the lunch menu. Maybe on one of your late-rising days....

That is one impressive itinerary!!!!!!

Vow renewal will not be in WDW...maybe at 10 years. ;)

...After 14 trips, it really is much easier to do itineraries. I know our tendencies and likes and dislikes. Working at many, many restaurant openings as a training coordinator--timing and scheduling is very important....It gives you a great framework to work with

I'd have a revolt on my hands. Their idea of scheduling is this park, this day and dinner is at xxx. More than that and they get rather stressed out!

I know. I love that Food Court! But it might be nice to get some variety in there huh......\
I'm all for stickin' with good old favorites. But...variety is the spice of life. Just sayin'...it is vacation!

I LOVE my laundry time..it is actually very relaxing after a long day in the park.
I can honestly say I've never used those 2 words in the same sentence.

relaxing

laundry

Take it from a reformed barfly, it's nice to schedule that in..that's entertainment right there just watching the others at the bar and I love meeting people

Hmmn, so if I put it in my schedule does that make me a barfly?

[/QUOTE]

why does the water in Splash have to be drinkable?
are there really that many people who try to quench their thirst?

Wow.... I'm impressed. That's a great itinerary. I just may ask you to plan my next vacation. :cool1:

I really think you should eat at Brown Derby. :rolleyes1

Your itinerary looks GREAT! I get what your saying though with something you can't put your finger on. I go through that with all of my itineraries I do. Usually I revise and then suddenly it just seems right. It's hard to explain.

I am sure the water in all the water rides has to be treated for sanitary reasons.
Not so much as if people want to drink it, but if they fall in some water may end up in their mouths. :scared1:

Now you would not want them to survive the dunking but die from the germy water now :rotfl2::rotfl2:

A little chlorine goes a long way :lmao:

I should know, look at my siggie

Hey Jordan! Just wanted to say I made it over here. I'm soooo glad you have links in your first post!:rotfl: Can't wait to be entertained!popcorn::

Wow...Jordan...I thought I made good itineraries...but wow...you have like times next to your countries...I'm assuming that's the allotted time?

I'm hankering to get to the Brown Derby but I can also tell you that Sanaa was very very good...I did the trifecta when I was there and that might have been my favorite...;)

Hmmm...all this kilt talk...I think that men can look quite dashing in a kilt...so when is that going to happen?...:rolleyes1

popcorn::

Wow! That is one detailed itinerary! Very impressive!

I guess it is nice to have a plan all set out like that when traveling in a big group, that way everybody is clued in to the where and when of it all.

I am not really wanting 2 TS meals at AKL/V....even though the restaurants there are highly regarded, but maybe that's the way to go....HELP.

I am also still not liking the schedule for the last 4 days. Can't put my finger on it yet....

I would go for the 2 TS at AKL/V - after all, Sanaa is new - have you tried it yet? I'd love to, but we don't usually do the 2 credit places. And aren't you staying there - or did you switch again? If so, its awfully convenient.

BTW, I LOVE how detailed your plan is! I make really detailed plans, but my family just roll their eyes and shake their heads at them like I'm some kind of obsessive Disney Freak (I am, of course). Isn't it nice to be able to share them here on the Dis with equally obsessive Disney freaks? We GET each other here!!:goodvibes

Whoa, that's quite the schedule!!! You are, or at least appear to be, very organized. I'm sure you'll figure out what isn't quite right about those last days too.

As for food at DHS, we did enjoy our Sci Fi lunch. The burgers and shakes were great if you are in the mood for that kind of food. Otherwise, the popular one at DHS seems to be the Brown Derby-everything there looks just delish!

On this last trip we arrived very, very late. It was kinda nice going to bed upon arrival at WDW, and waking up the next morning ready to go, having the whole day in front of us, not weary from traveling, etc. It was worth paying for the hotel just to sleep!

Very detailed itinerary! Glad to see you making time for the Superbowl. :thumbsup2

It's the 2nd or 3rd time I've been at WDW during the Super Bowl. It's actually kinda fun to be there....I wouldn't miss the Super Bowl!

OK so I was sick for like 3 days and now I'm like 30 pages behind!

Really 30 pages?

I made sure to schedule an AK day with PM EMHs. I've wanted to do AK at night for the last two trips but in 2007 AK had PM hours on the same day that we were going to MNSSHP, and in 2008 they had PM hours on the say day that we were going to the P&PP! This year, it's looking like we might actually get to it - Hopefully there will be no last minute schedule changes on Disney's part.

you and I in the same boat. I have 2 opportunities to catch AK at night. Let's see if it happens....

We've only ever been to Boma but I love it so much I have to schedule it for every trip now! :lovestruc And I haven't even had a zebra dome yet!

I haven't either..I think I'm one of the few remain people on the Dis...;)

I will get my chance this trip though as I know Mara sells them...

I haven't been to TL since 2004! I miss it but we just don't have time...I'm hoping that our next trip can be 10 days instead of 8....It's hard to believe I actually used to think that 5 days was long enough!

Before 08, it had been 03 since I had been to TL!!! Now I have to fit it in every time, weather permitting.

It would be hard to do in 5 years.

Your visits with Matt usually lead to funny drunk stories so you should absolutely go visit him again. popcorn::

Ha! Definitely going to see Matt.

:lmao::lmao::lmao: Too funny...that is some detailed planning there.

I will get even more detailed closer to the trip, but it's all just a "guideline"

I've never had a Zebra Dome either. We can add that to the list of shirts.

Never eaten at Le Cellier

Never had a Zebra Dome

I Never...?

Oh wait, that was a college drinking game....

wow....you are more detailed than me! i wondered the same thing rosie did about the shower. :rotfl:

for your 1 TS meal left, i'd go for kona. the poly is always a nice place to visit and you can get a lapu lapu....enough said.

I have a place, but I may have to change......hmmm...

We can watch the launch of the Disney Dream live from NY - no not on Saturday Night - but Oct 29th 4:15pm ET at www.disneycruise.com
-have to share my excitement with all my DISbuds!:cool1:

Tammie, thanks so much for the heads up!!!!!

Your itinerary looks awesome! I need to make mine more detailed like that. Although my mom would probably think I was even crazier than I am with the one I have now!!! I love Sunshine Seasons, CHH, and WPE for counter service...yum!

It never really gets followed to a tee, but it really does help us stay focused and on track especially with large groups. I find with my solo time I don't really follow my itinerary as closely....

Sunshine and CHH are 2 of my faves and I've heard almost all good things about WPE and I can't wait to try it!!!!!

Take it from a reformed barfly, it's nice to schedule that in..that's entertainment right there just watching the others at the bar and I love meeting people

I would say 30 minutes is good, but if you really want to stop and read everything about every animal, I would schedule 45 minutes. I love checking out every nook and cranny on the trails.

LOL. You didn't mention Character meals. Nope. Not a parade or fireworks person. After working at DL for several years, just can't do either parades or fireworks. Character interaction is just okay for me. I kinda did more in 08 and had fun so maybe I'll do more of it this year, but meals are just to chaotic for me with characters there.

1) Me TOO!! I love that fact, that I'm actually SCHEDULING IN seeing Yeehaw Bob! It just sounds fun!

2) Gotcha on the 30 minutes per trail spiel. Extra if you need it, etc...

3) Yay! Another one who considers parades, fireworks and characters are only "meh". I can so totally live without any of them. I was so bored during Illuminations (seriously, don't want to offend anyone here!), I wished I was wandering around the showcases for my last 1/2 hour, not watching a ball float around. I just didn't get it. Totally agree in the character meal thing! Chaos, noise, rush, rush, rush- just not my thing.

LOL! I noticed I'm now "7". I love that! Remember 7 of 9 from Star Trek Voyager?? She was my fave!

Wow, that's one detailed plan Jordan! There were a lot of positive comments about the pork chop entree (I think) at Sanaa, which is only on the lunch menu. Maybe on one of your late-rising days....

is it pork chops and applesauce.....do you know what I'm referencing?;)

Sanaa is not making the cut right now...unless...unless I upgrade my meal plan........which is now entering my thoughts.......hmmmm.....

That is one impressive itinerary!!!!!!

Vow renewal will not be in WDW...maybe at 10 years. ;)

I just have to say I'm very happy for you and KC......

I love you Kat and wish you and KC the best...

I can't wait for the day when we get to hang out for real again and hopefully for much longer!

I'd have a revolt on my hands. Their idea of scheduling is this park, this day and dinner is at xxx. More than that and they get rather stressed out!

Fortunately, Wendy and I have a group that let's us do all the planning and we just have to check to make sure they are on board....

I hope they don't read this........

My new places this trip.....Wolfgang's Express....and...Kouzzina...and that's it...hmmm...I may need to do something about that.....

I love doing laundry.......and at WDW...a little slice of heaven...I might even do it 2x.....:thumbsup2

MMMMMMMM.....yes......;)

Wow.... I'm impressed. That's a great itinerary. I just may ask you to plan my next vacation. :cool1:

Sign me up.....it's like crack to me.

I really think you should eat at Brown Derby. :rolleyes1

I may be able to accommodate it...me thinks...
