Yes, you can get a pedicure or manicure at Periwigs, which is located between Beaches and Cream and the Yachtsman Steakhouse (somewhere in that stretch).

The surroundings are not luxurious like SSR spa, but I got a GREAT pedicure there.

I don't really care about surroundings, I just will have about 2 hours to kill at BC/YC while my DS is on his little pirate adventure and want to enjoy some "mommy time" and a pedicure ALWAYS sounds nice.....
