Hooray for Pecos Bill - I love this place!! My family hates it but I don't care, I make them eat there once for me each trip!!! Glad to hear the cheese sauce is back!!

Yeah!! I am glad the cheese sauce is back! We like Pecos Bill's. I am sad though because it is closed for refurbs when we go this coming Jan. But, it is good to hear the fixins bar is loaded!

Do you know the exact dates of when it's being closed in January or where I could possibly find this out?

I think the dates are January 11th-February 13th. I read about it through my AllEars newsletter a few weeks ago.

Yep, Pecos Bill is a must-do for us each trip We will be at WDW for 2 weeks starting January 16th, so we will miss it this trip. Guess I will get my burger,
cheese fries fix from Cosmic Rays. I sure am gonna miss eating there.

We really enjoy Peco Bills so I am happy the sauce it back. I love Cheese Fries.
It is always so crowded there though. Guess we will have to go off peak times. Need to schedule it before BTM though. or

We like pecos bill with all the fixins. It does get really busy so you have to eat at irregular times

i totally agree! we were there this past sept. and we had the taco salads and they were great and i loved all the fixins!! yum! yum! i will be going back!

I just want to encourage everyone to do something the next time you go to Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn And Cafe(besides reading the backstory).There is usually a Cast Member "manning" the mushrooms/onions "station".Take a moment and tell the CM how much you enjoy the mushrooms/onions.That can't be the most fun job in the world.I have done this in the past and the CM seemed so appreciative(and shocked-I don't think they get thanked often).

Peco's Bill is one of our favourites too.

DH will be really pleased to hear that the cheese sauce has returned and possibly even more thrilled to hear that there is now shredded cheese on offer as well! I know, it seems like a silly thing to be excited about, but the man swears by the cheese sauce offered at WDW's Fixin's Bars!

Pecos Bills will be closed for rehab January 11 - February 13.

We will miss going there!
