Hi, I am going to Disney in July. Getting all of my times, fastpasses, and restaurants together I came across Pecos Bill. I like their menu I'm just interested in how good are their burritos are? More focused on burritos but I'm also interested in how good are their tacos? Also, can you just take out the food you order? Thanks. New England Mickey.

Can't answer your questions about quality of the food as it's been ages since we ate there (it was very good then). As it is QS you will take the food with you from the counter; where you go from there is entirely up to you!

We ate there twice in January. Loved it! Their nachos are really good. I didn't have their burritos so I can't comment on those. They also have a nice fixin's bar with fantastic guacamole and salsa. Definitely worth the $$.

I love Tex-Mex, but I really disliked Peco Bills. It was greasy and the meat just seemed very low quality.
The only other Mexican places I can think of are at Epcot. For MK, our favorites are Columbia Harbour House and BOG lunch.

The ground beef in the burrito. It was soft.... like mush.

Maybe I just got a bad one. I know others like them.

That's good to hear they are good!
I like soft meat... But, perhaps there are better ones there. Can you add Salsa or Queso Dip to your burrito? I know you can buy queso dip for a $1 there. What about salsa? Thank you all for the help.
