Pecos Bill - Good spot to watch the parade while eating?

hello!

I recently read that you can watch the parade from this counter service restaurant after getting the food only 15-20 minutes before the parade. If so, this sounds mighty convenient! However, the source that I heard it from is unreliable so I know the Dis-ers will tell me the truth!

It would save a lot of wait time if true! (I know things may always vary but I was just wondering if in general, most of the time, does it work this way)

Though I have never done this, it seems there are tables outside, but inside a fenced area that you MAY be able to watch the parade. The area is at the last seating area over close to the area where the parade comes out from.

I have watched the parade twice from the tables at PB while eating. Worked out fine for us.
