Pearl photo package?

In all our cruises, we’ve never purchased a photo package, but our first cruise as Pearl is upcoming. Does anyone know how/when (i.e. before the cruise v. onboard) we would order the complimentary photo package? Would appreciate any information about how this works.

I’m Pearl as well. When we sailed last month on the Dream the complimentary photo package was automatically added to to our folio once onboard.

It was very convenient, and we really didn’t have to do anything!

We are Pearl and sailed Wish several weeks ago and free pics were available through the website QR code they have you scan to access photos. But we had 50+ photos and I had to download each photo individually. Did I miss something was anyone else able to batch download them all at once?
