Peak times for dinner?

What are the peak times for dinner? DH and I normally eat later than most folks we know (and we're probably fatter than most folks we know because of it! ), but was wondering what is considered "peak times" for most of the restaurants. (oh, we're going mid-May)

I don't think there are any set times, but if I had to narrow it down, I would say MK is probably 5-7 (most people want out before parades and fireworks)
Epcot probably 6-8
MGM probably 4:30-6:30 (out in time for Fantasmic seats)
AK - 4:30-5:30 (right after the park closes for Rainforest)
Resorts probably anywhere from 5-8.
