Do we all suffer from this?

After our week at SSR, coming back home was a bummer. All week at work I kept thinking about where we were and what we had done the week before.

We went out this morning to buy some flowers to put in our landscaping to remind us of SSR landscaping.

Now - I know people always talk about the "add on" bug, but so far we are pleased with what our points will do for us. The problem is after being so spoiled at our favorite place on earth - it is tough to come home.

We cant even put a counter up because we need to think about our next DVC vacation plan.

Hopefully you can all tell me you go through the same thing!

I am definitely feeling it, so thanks for diagnosing my condition! LOL

The only treatment is another trip and it is a chronic ailment that requires lifelong treatment. The DIS can help alleviate the symptoms somewhat.

SSR is truly beautiful and the landscaping is awesome. After last week there, I called to try and get a few days for next week, but it was completely booked. We are staying at BCV.

Actually, this was our first trip as members and the first after which we really didn't regret coming home. The main reason...we already know we'll be back in just about 195 days!!! :)

Hehe. We feel depressed also leaving our Disney "home" and our fantasy world and returning to the hellish cold winters that Montana is likely to welcome us with. I'd rather be walking around Epcot, people watching, and sucking on an ice cold beer than 4-wheel-driving to work in 12" of snow and ice in the dark drinking horrible coffee and dodging traffic accidents......

I could go on...

:)

We know the feeling well. Especially when our friends in Tampa rub it in that they visit WDW a couple of times a month. The great thing for us is that we'll be visiting 4 times in an 11 month timeframe plus getting in a couple of days when we visit the friends in Tampa this coming Labor Day.

PDD is very common. That's one of the nice things about these boards, you get to talk about your last trip and your next trip...kind of like group therapy I guess.;)

We feel your pain!!

This last trip in Mar we were doing OK, for a day anyway. I remember commenting to my DW the day after getting back from our trip that I thought I would be fine for awhile. But I started missing "home" sooner than I thought. She said it felt the same for her also.

Oh well, we can watch the counter, spend time with others here on the DIS and dream til the counter counts no more:hyper:
