PC Backup Software Question

Just a little PC question.....

I just replaced my laptop with a new pc desktop xp version. Now
my question is simple (I think). I'm just wondering if there is any backup software out there that you would suggest. I know thatI can just click and drop the files onto my cd drive, but I was just wondering if there was anything out there that would backup specific folders upon me logging off. (Or something lke that)

Any feedback would be great......

Rick, I would highly recommend Norton Ghost I trust Norton and have found them to make good products in general. I know you can make regular backups with this software too. Hope that helps a little.

I have used Norton Ghost. Hope I do not ever need to use it, but should I have to, am very confident it will be fine.
