I'm trying to decide between a bay view room & deluxe but I have a couple ?

1. Do only the deluxe rooms have pull out sofas & do they all have them?

2. Where are the deluxe rooms located & do they have balconies & bay views?

3. Is the increase in sq ft of the room in the living area or the bathroom?

I have stayed at PBH several times and have always had a deluxe room. However, we've never had a sofabed in our room. In January, we had a deluxe bay view room, which I loved. We were overlooking the plaza and could see the water taxi coming. By the time we walked out to the dock, the boat was there.

We had a deluxe room once that had a terrace overlooking the Villa Pool.

The deluxe rooms are quite large, almost 500 square feet. Bathrooms are spectacular. No sofabed from my experience.

I want to second Antmaril's experience. We always have had a deluxe room at PBH Numerous times double queens and once a suite with both the deluxe king and deluxe queen bedrooms. The only time we had a pull out was with the Deluxe King Room. And the pull out was a chair that pulled out to a twin bed. The double queen that connected on the other side of the parlor did not have a sofa. Neither have any of the other double queens we have had.

Since we have never stayed in a garden view nor a bay view, I can't tell if the sq. footage is in the bedroom or the bath. I do know the baths in the deluxes are huge!

Sofabeds were recently added to all deluxe rooms. I believe the other ooms aside from suites do not have sofabeds but King rooms may.

Balconies are hard to come by since there are so few. Some deluxe rooms have patios and some have standing only balcony while others have a larger size balcony. Its only a request.

Deluxe rooms have all different views and that would be a request too. You can have views of garden, villa pool, beach pool and the bay.

The difference in room size is mostly the bathroom but there is also more space in the bedroom.
