PBH reservations

I have reservations at PBH for December, and I do have confirmation number. I am able to pull up my reservation on their website, but there's no option to print it. I took screenshots of the browser to make myself feel better! I was never sent any kind of e-mail confirmation or anything through the mail.

Is this normal?

Yes, it is normal. If you want them to email you something, just give them a call. Often, about a week before you get there, you will recieve an email about your upcoming trip.

Though it would be nice to get a confirmation e-mail of your ressie.

I ran into the same problem last week when I checked my reservation to verify the AAA rate adjustment. I am not sure exactly how I was able to print the confirmation. I think I just highlighted the entire page and printed it or something like that. I know whatever it was I did, it worked, because I have the confirmation printed and in my file.
