Hello Everyone! My husband and I are finally having our first stay at a Universal resort and we chose PBH. We've wanted to for a long time but could never get ourselves to not stay at Disney even though we spend quite a bit of time at Universal every trip. This time we are going to be leaving the day of the marathon (a.m.) so it was the perfect time to spend a night at Universal and try it out! So a few questions. We have reserved a King Garden View Room with our AP discount. Currently we have the AP voucher and plan to check in early at PBH (expecting our room won't be available) and then hit the parks with our express pass! Will the voucher be sufficient to prove we are AP holders or will we need the actual ticket to check in? Also I read something about a walking short cut. Where can I get the exact way to do this? We'd prefer to walk as opposed to the boat transportation. Anything else we should do on our short trip? Must sees?

You can check in show then show them your AP once you have collected it. We had to do this when we had to collect ours.
Also the walk is about 15 mins, the short cut was posted by Bubbas Mum, must see if i can find it, you cross over and cut through HRH
