PBH Email Address

Does anyone have the email address of the person at PBH who handles room assignments? I'm actually hoping to get info on which rooms (i.e. category, floor, & view) are designated as pet rooms. I could call, but I'd rather have it in writing to put with my planning info. TIA for helping me out.
