PBH- Do you get concierge service on Club level?

Hi everyone,

I have been outvoted, and my family wants to go to Universal/IOA instead of Disney. I feel like a fish out of water. We usually stay at Poly concierge or BW villas. So we are going to stay at PBH club level in Sept.

Does PBH offer the services of an itinerary planner/concierge like they do at the Disney concierge levels in hotels? What does the concierge do for you at PBH?

yes, they do. The staff will help you schedule meals at restaurents, etc, just like at Disney, but if you want to have a PS as Emeril's you may want to contact the restaurent direct. At the PBH the club lounge is on a different floor from the rooms tho. When we stayed at the RPR club level, the club lounge is on the same floor. We are also staying at the PBH in August, so I am not sure how I will like the distance the club lounge will be,, but I am going to give it a shot. I do love the RPR tho, and if you like the Poly, you might consider staying there. There are some wonderful things you will expirence at Universal and IOA, you may be surprised. I am a newly converted Universal/IOA fan myself.
