PB&J and EPCOT

My DD who is 7 is a very picky eater. Other than breakfast foods the only thing she will eat is PB&J and Grilled Cheese. Believe it or not, Restaurant Akershus in Norway used to have both, so when we did EPCOT we would eat there. Now Akershus has a Character Meal only set up w/o those items on the menu. Checking the menus on wdwig I don't see any other restaurants that offer these items.

Has anyone been to EPOCT recently that can tell me if they found PB&J or grilled cheese anywhere?

I'm pretty sure my daughter (5 yrs) got a grilled cheese sandwich with a huge side order of broccoli (sp?) at O'hana's in Jan. If it wasn't grilled cheese, it was mac 'n cheese. But I'm pretty sure it was the sandwich. We had dinner a few nights earlier and after mentioning to the waitress the fact that I wish there were more choices for the kids, other than chix strips with fries (go figure, my daughter actually likes broc. better than fries) the waitress said sometimes all you need to do is ask. So we did at O'hana's and she was much happer than with the skewers.

I don't know who has PB & J, you can always make your own and bring it along.

The Smuckers Uncrustables PB&Js are throughout the parks and resorts now. I know I bought one for DD at The Sunshine Seasons Food Court (or whatever it's called now) in The Land at Epcot in May.

Disneydaz...thanks for passing along the waitress tip. I guess all you have to do sometimes is ask. How hard is it for a restaurant to make a grilled cheese sandwich


ksoehrlein...its good to hear I can get Uncrustable in the Land. When I was there two years ago they weren't as available in the parks as I guess they are now. I hope some of the sit down restaurants have them also and they just don't have them listed on the menu. Thanks for the info.

DD had one of those Uncrustables at the princess lunch at Akershus. They had them at several of the counter service places as well.

I am fairly sure when we were at PSL in May they offered the uncrustables don't remember about grilled cheese but i know pbj was there!!

We bought one there just last week! Still called Sunshine Seasons.
