PayPal Not Working?

I'm trying to book a resort-only reservation using PayPal, but keep getting an error message every time that I click on the link to take me to PayPal. Does anyone know if there's a way to fix this? It's happening on both my phone and my computer.

Whenever I have odd issues with Disney website, especially with payments, I use incognito mode and it has always worked.

Thank you! I never got it to work for the resort reservation, but it worked yesterday for my MVMCP tickets.

Disney in general has LOTS of IT related issues. Usually when some website feature isn't working I just try again a few hours or the next day later and generally it is working again.
