There is no doubt that PayPal should fix that error very quickly. If it didn't happen then you need to call again. If you still don't get satisfaction, file a BBB report. For some reason that seems to get their attention.
Something similar..deducted a shipping amount twice and once deducted an international shipping thing I never made. I tried to challenge this and they just did form letter stuff and acted like I was reporting a fraud case and made me change my password..never addressed the issue and never fixed it. Boo..PayPal is as bad as Ebay.
