Hi!

We are paying cash for our DVC membership and split it into 3 payments. I need to get the next payment pushed out a few days and also change the card they are using. I can’t manage this in DVC portal, can I?
 

I just had to update our card today. You should get an email reminder about 3 days before the payment is scheduled. I called the number and it was handled in a few minutes. This is in the email:

"This is a reminder that your escrow payment will be charged to the credit card ending in xxxx on 09/23/2023. Quality Assurance Managers are available 7 days a week between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. ET. Please contact a Quality Assurance Manager at (800) 782-6767 to discuss any changes to this payment."

Thanks! I will try to call my guide tomorrow just in case she works on weekends :)
I changed my card mid-stream on my last direct purchase (wanted to spread the spend and earn points on multiple cards), and called my guide first. He works remotely 100% of the time, so I'm sure he was at home when I called, but was able to access the system and change the credit card number as we talked on the phone.
