Can we make payments or would you prefer that we wait until July 1st and October 1st to pay?

How can we pay for this? By check only, or also by credit card?

What portion is refundable if something comes up before each date?

Will there be some sort of travel insurance available for purchase?

Along those same lines: Can we just pay for the room, etc. early, or do we have to wait for the two deadlines? I'd rather get it out of the way, but will understand if you want to wait...

First, Linda is in WDW right now.. So let's give her a chance to respond here. I would think it would make a lot easier for those taking the payment if we stayed with the original plan. Also, I believe, unless things have changed since the original plan, payment is made by check, no credit cards. Hope I helped. If you like the payment idea, why not open an account at the bank, put your mini payments in there, and when they are all together for the next big payment, send in one check.. That way, you will not feel it as much when it is time for the next payment as you will have been putting it away, Just a thought.
