Payment in the Parks

What forms of payment are accepted inside the Parks - if you're not staying at a "Disney" resort (ie: Swan)? Cash/ Visa/MC? Specifically for snack stands - quick meals, etc? Thanks.

I usually stay at the Swan, have used cash, debit and AMEX.

REcently most of the snack carts and all indoor places take credit cards.

I was told at a meeting Wednesday that we will no longer accept personal checks. One of the reasons was we have always required two forms of ID, one bing a credit or debit card. This at least has to to with the ticket windows. I think it may also apply to retail sales in the parks.

I believe that personal checks will only be accepted at the Resort Front Desks at check-in or for final payment of room charges.
