Waldorf Orlando and Lightning Lanes

Checking to see if there are others with insight into this. I have friends planning to stay at the Waldorf Orlando, which lists itself as an "official" Disney World hotel. Are they able to reserve their Lightning Lanes 7 days or 3 days in advance at this property? My understanding was that the 7 day mark was reserved for Disney hotels, Swan & Dolphin, and Shades of Green, and everyone else was considered "off property", but they do get the 30 minute early entry benefit, so I want to confirm.

You are correct. LL purchasing hotels are not the same as EE hotels.
