Payment for Cruise Activities

I was able to book all of the cruise activities and port adventures I wanted&YIPPEE! But they didn't ask me for payment for any of them??? When do I need to pay? Before we sail or at time of service or when we get off of the ship? And when/how do we settle up at the end of our cruise for anything charged to our room? And if I want to change or cancel any of my reservations, when is my last opportunity to do so without penalty?

You do not pay for anything until after the cruise and you pay the bill. If the port adventure is cancelled do to lack of interest you do not pay. Everything is charged to your account on the ship.

Sooty forgot to add that they use the credit card you used when you do on-line check in. Cancellation times are usually defined in the activity or port excursion. You can change any time up until close of on-line booking.

Your excursions and all on-board charges will be charged to your CC upon debarktation. You can go to the pursers desk at anytime during the cruise and get a copy of your bill and pay at that time if you choose. Also, you can place a Disney gift card on your account either before the cruise by calling the line or your TA or at the pursers desk.
If you want to cancel an excursion you must do so 3 days before sailing, to not be charged. You may be able to cancel once on-board and not be charged, if they can resell your ticket.

Great Information! Thank you both! What about dinner at Palo or spa services? In theory, those sound FANTASTIC right now, but what if we get on the ship and decide that we'd rather spend the time with the boys then at dinner or massage? Can we cancel the day of or do those things also need to be cancelled 3 days prior to sailing? If the 3 days applies to those things as well, I will probably cancel now so I don't risk it. Then if there is an opening, would I be able to make a reservation once on board and get my bearings to decide what we want to do?

For Palo, reservations must be cancelled by 2 pm the day of the reservation to avoid a charge. Sorry, don't know about the spa.
