UPDATE: I took my shoes in. I told the cashier that there's something wrong with just the right shoe. I told her I only lasted an hour and the right shoe might be defective because it was pressing on my right toe nail and maybe the inside was made lower. I told her my toe hurt not like breaking in shoes but pressing on the very top of nail and my toe was throbbing. The left shoe was fine. She asked if I wanted to return the shoes or exchange. I ended up looking for another pair in the same size but the right show in that pair was lose fitting. She tried getting me to try on 8width but I told her my foot is narrow but Id give it a shot. Non in stock. I tried on 8 1/2 and slipping off. I tried and really like the shoes. She said I could just return if I wanted because she would hate for me to take a new pair home and have the same issue after wearing them for awhile. She asked me twice about wearing them all day. I told her twice only and hour so not sure if she was trying to see if I wore them all day and just wanted to return them. I'm happy I got a refund but I need to find an all black pair. Next time I will make sure the tips are hard material
Does anyone know what Payless return policy on worn shoes. I can't find it about worn shoes. I bought a pair of wedge heels on sale for $30....yes $30. I wore the shoes for about an hour and had to take them off. The right shoe was pressing on my big toe nail. Not and the edge but right on top. Not sure if the part of the shoe was made lower or what but my toe hurts on the top part. My left foot is fine. Would payless take these back and give a refund , exchange or store credit? At this point I would never wear these again the way my toe hurts. Any opinions...I really like the shoes and would take another pair if it didn't hurt my right toe
