Payless Car Rental????

I am looking to rent a car out of BWI. Payless car rental has the best price but I have never heard of them. Can anyone give me the good, bad & ugly on this place

Never used them myself but they are part of the Avis/Budget group so I would think the car fleet and service/policies would be very similar to the sister companies

Google them and you will see they get consistently negative reviews. Doesn't mean everyone has a bad experience or that you would, but I will not use them.

Payless has been one of a few companies that reserve the right not to rent to you if you decline their collision coverage and do not have (and prove) collision insurance on a car you own.
