Paying the balance direct with Disney

Hi everyone

I've just had an interesting phonecall with Disney this morning. When I booked back in August for our trip in Nov, the lady said the remaining balance would be taken automatically on 21/9 which was friday. I've checked my bank but nothing has been taken out, I didn't know if it was because my card is a visa debit that I might have to ring in myself. So I've spent a total of 20 minutes waiting on the phone over the weekend trying to get through, finally get through this morning and speak to an american guy who tells me that I am all paid up . I said but I've checked my bank and nothing has been taken, so he said according to the system madam there was a debit made on the 21st so you're all paid up.

Hmmmmmm this gets me worried. Half of me is thinking wow, we got our holiday for £44!!! but the other half is worried that if I do nothing and we get there they tell us we have no room booked as we haven't paid.

So I think I'll try ringing again later in the day to speak to another person and see what they say.

I would ring again too! And ask them to send you an e-mail confirmation

might take a couple of working days to show up on your account. but yes, worth calling back to check.

Well I've just rung again and this person has said the same and will be emailing me confirmation that it's paid. Also I've just looked back at my bank statement to when the deposit was taken out and although I booked on the 14/8 the payment didn't come out till the 20/8, so I'm sure it just takes a longer time.

i had the same promblem but it has all came out now it took a week to come out i was so gutted lol
