Paying off Loan

We are paying off our DVC loan this coming week after financing it for 1yr+. What proof of ownership should we expect to receive? Is there a title or deed?

You should have already received a copy of the deed. Once the mortgage it paid off, you will receive a copy of the 'satisfaction of mortgage' that will be recorded with the county.
