Who do I contact about doing this? I've had the loan for two 1/2 years and finally can pay off the balance. I likely still owe almost as much as I took out with the interest.

You can see your balance on dvcmember.com in the loans section but I would call membership accounting to double check the amount and be sure that you know what you need to do. Sorry, I don't know if they are open on week-ends like MS. Isn't a nice feeling to pay off a contract?

Thank you, and YES! I am so happy to finally be able to pay this off!!!

Can I still debit the monthly dues or will I need to pay in one shot yearly?

Congratulations! :cool1:

I paid off our contract and still have the monthly maintenance dues debited out of my account (find it easier this way).

Yes, you can pay your MF monthly as long as its deducted from your checking account. Congrats on paying off your loan!:cheer2:

Dennis-

Wow..After two and a half years we only paid 1500.00 towards the principal!

You can also make a payment on your loan at the member website. Payments can be any amount (subject to some minimum if I recall correctly) and are applied to the principal. Extra payments don't affect the monthly deduction for the loan, but do shorten the length.

Yes I paid off my boardwalk at the time of purchasing AK call member accounting they will take care of that for you as for dues you can still do monthly payments that's how I do it

we've paid one off via Member accounting, and then I've paid one off via the website.

:woohoo: congratulations on getting it paid off! :woohoo:

Someday..... someday... :confused3

I plan on sending some extra payments throughout the year. Would like to have ours paid off inside of 2 or 3 years.. then it's gonna be all gravy!!!!

I paid my loan off via the website. It showed me what the payoff amount and I just had that applied to my Disney Visa credit card. (I wanted the points!!) It was a simple process and I got my lien papers with "paid in full" stamped on them about a month later.
