paying of balance on trip booked with disney uk

hi, when we booked disney through the usa site last year we could pay of the balance each month, we have booked this year through the disney uk site, does anyone know if we can do the same and pay of the balance each month, thanks susie2
 
It can't be done online but possibly it can be by phone, hopefully someone else can confirm/deny this :) (booked with Disney UK myself but plan to pay the balance in one go)
 
You can ring each month if you want and make a payment, it takes 10 business days (average) to get an updated invoice. You ring the 0870 24 24 900 number and select the option you need and when you speak to the y startsUSA CM ask them to put you through to Open Ride and give them your name and reservation number. They will transfer you to a UK member of staff to help you.

All of the balance must be paid eight weeks before your holiday starts, DO NOT attempt to do it online it seems it only works for USA guests.
 
Worth bearing in mind, we made our final balance payment with American Express at no extra charge - giving us another 4 weeks to pay!
 

When you phone you just ask to speak to Open Ride Travel who are the Disney Uk people.

They will then take your details over the telephone. If you tell them you want to pay monthly they might be able to do it differently for you instread of phoning each time:thumbsup2 The person I speak to everytime is Kelly who is helpful. Also bear in mind that you need to phone during UK office hours and I have found it best not to ring between 1 - 2 as they seem to be at lunch:confused3
 
I've managed to pay online. Saying that, an error message was shown after I'd entered my payment details, so I called Openride to check the payment had gone through, and it had. I also spoke to Kelly (as I always do!!) and she was very helpful.

Kelly is fantastic isn't she , always helpful and such a great "can do" attitude no matter what you may be calling for. She's been our angel of mercy when invoices have mysteriously not been printed and contacted the relevant people and had them sent out within a couple of days she's an absolute star and deserves recognition for a job well done:thumbsup2
