Hello everyone,

I would love to pay it forward. I did this last year and it was priceless to see my DD face. We actually put the postcards we received from someone on this thread in DD and DS stocking for Xmas. DD5 and Ds1 did not know we were going to Disney world till we got to the airport. (long story). But it turn out amazing

If anyone could help out I have a dd5 and ds1, we are going Aug 24 Sept 1.

I would love to send a couple of cards to anyone else that will be travelling down to the "BIG HAT" after me.

DH and I are going to WDW July 5th-12th. I only have two postcards to send and would like to spread more Disney magic while we are on vacation.

Love it! We are going Sept. 13-19, and don't plan to tell our girls until a few weeks before then. Would love for them to get a post card in the mail around the middle to end of August. I will gladly "pay it forward" when we are there in Sept. Please PM me if you would be willing to make a wish come true for 9 & 5 year old princesses who have never been to the greatest place on earth.

Okay I feel stupid because I don't really get this. Do I mail it from here (home) or when I get to WDW? Will the kids notice the postmark? I'm all for Paying It Forward (my fav movie message!). Can someone who has done this PM me and 'splain further. thanks!

Basically the way it worked for us back in 2006 was we found someone who was going to be at the parks a few weeks before us and gave them my DS and DD Name address and favorite character. When they were at the parks they found post cards with the characters on them and mailed them to our kids Saying "can't wait to see you in a few weeks"

The kids flipped out when Mickey and Minnie sent them post cards and knew they were coming.

Then a couple of weeks before I was going to Disney, I posted a message on this thread and found 5 kids to send postcards to. I hope they enjoyed them as much as my kids did

FYI, in case you don't know....If you go to the Customer Service at the front of the park you can get your postcards and stamps AND they will mail them for you! That way the children get a WDW postmark and it is less time and effort on your part. This is the way I did ours in March in DHS. I didn't even have to think about them or worry about not getting them off in a timely fashion.
