We just got back from our trip, and we sent 9 postcards from "Mickey" and "Minnie" to our Pay-it-Forward kids. We had a lot of fun picking out all of their cards, writing the messages, and sending them out.

We are going to Disney soon, June 11th!
I would love for someone to send my boyfriend a postcard from Peter Pan.
I am just so excited to go to disney for my birthday, and I want to get him just as excited, so maybe a postcard from his dear friend Peter Pan (his fav. character) would give him a boost of excitment. lol
The only probably is, we are from Canada. If anyone is willing to do this for me, I am more than willing to return the favour.

Character request (if any..give options if it is not gaurenteed that I might find this character or else I will sign their name for them)


I think I'll set my limit at 12 but may go over if there are a lot of requests.

I was wondering if anyone going soon could send each one of her girls a card. They've only been to Disney once but it was when they were very young. First I wanted to say that my daunt and dd Nikki 16, both received their postcards. Thank-you so much! I handed it to dd and she said, "who sent this?" and I kept saying, "mickey and minnie" and she kept saying, "c'mon mom, who REALLY sent these?" and I kept up with the same answer as she kept up with the same question, until she finally gave up . For the first time in ages, something really funny went over big time with dd in her teen years . thanks from the bottom of our hearts...
I had came to this board a while back, and orginally asked that a post card be sent to my dd 6 since she still believes. I had three people say they would, so I figured all right, I'll ask that one person write to each of my guests that I'm taking to Disney. In return, we had planned to send the same post cards out to those people saying that WDW missed them. Can you believe everyone else got their postcard besides dd 6, so today the tears started. I felt so bad, and she kept saying, "I just don't understand why no one wanted to send me a postcard" (talking about the characters) So, I hate to ask, because I'm sure the person sending her's didn't forget, but is there anyway someone would be interested in trading post cards who is going very soon to wdw? By trade, I mean I want to return the same favor, so the deal is we will send a postcard in September when we go. If you could do this huge favor for me, and you're going soon, please pm me. We'd be forever grateful.
P.S. I hope I didn't offend the person who is planning to send to my dd, because it was probably poor planning on my behalf , and thank-you for signing up. If they did and the postcard got lost, we totally understand

Sorry if this has been posted before, I honestly can't read the last 116 pages.

There is a mailbox in the World Showcase at Epcot that will put the WDW cancellation on items sent from there. All I remember is that it is located in a smoking area somewhere dead center of the rear area of the WS.

I'm going May 25th through June 10th. I'll take names for those families visiting in the month of July. Up to the first twenty or so children.

If you will PM me with the name, age and favorite character as well as the visit dates, I will be happy to make it as special as I can. I will try to mail as many as I can from the Epcot mailbox.

This is a very good idea, and thought this would be a neat way to tell the kids we'll be going to DW when we're down there (right now they think we're just going to the beach in Florida.) Unfortunatly, I'm very new to the boards, having just found them today, so I can't PM yet. We'll be down there June 16th to the 23rd.

If anyone is interested in doing this for my kids, I'd be more than happy to return the favor when I'm down there. Thank you.

A friend of ours is going next month and he knows we are going (for the first time in Sept) so he/wife are sending our girls (8 & 5) postcards from Cinderella telling them she is excited to see them and look forward to their visit and lunch we are having with her. I was so thrilled that they offered ... I am going to do the same thing for some other co-workers who are going after us! What a great way for people to pay it forward. Thanks again for sharing.

Well nothing yet. But I must be able to make a difference in some childs life. so here I am again. Ill extend backward to 20 June. Just wanted to make sure I didnt dissappoint.

Need a Fairy God Mailer?

I have a friend that is going to WDW Next week. Should be there on the 20th.

She would like to return the favor of those who I requested as a Fairy God Mailer to her daughter.

If you would like for her to send your child a card please PM me with your childs or childrens names along with your address and any special message you would like her to write. I will pass this on to her.

She said she is so greatful for those that sent her daughter one.

I would say maybe 3 families.
