Paying for luggage

This is our first disney trip, so I am unsure of how things run. We are doing the Magical express. On our way there, we will pay for our luggage at our airport. But my question is, how do we pay for our luggage on our way home, when Disney is picking it up at the hotel? Our flight leaves at 6AM, so the check in counter at our hotel wont be open yet.

You must take it to the airport and check it and pay there, just like when you left home.
