Paying for DDP

I called to add the DDP to our current reservation but when I went to pay my CC bill the total was still just the hotel.

How do I get them to bill me for the DDP now so I can have it paid before I arrive? Who do I call?

If you have a package reservation, you can't pay for it when you arrive, so they should have taken payment when you added it. Call CRO and see if it's even on the reservation.

If you have a DVC reservation, you can't pay for it in advance, you must pay for it when you arrive.

Does anyone know if you can use the Disney Rewards Visa points cards that you get to pay for the DDP if you are staying with DVC?

I have been told that we can use our Rewards card to pay for the plan. Just make sure you have transferred the reward dollars on to it.

You need to this taken care before you get there because you can not add the DDP once you arrive. I had a similar problem when I called to add a person to my reservation and my credit card was not billed corectly. I called and the reservation had not been updated properly, so I would call right a way.
