Seem to recall a few posts that indicated the paying of Annual dues with plastic was an option. Can anyone tell me what cards and the process? The statement does not indicate anything regarding the use of plastic to pay dues. Wouldn't it be nice if they set it up on the web site so you could pay dues online!

Just call member services and press 1 for accounting. They will take your credit card #. I assume they take all cards.

As of last year, they still were not set up to take American Express for dues. I have used my Visa every year. It's a great way to get a bunch of frequent flyer miles at once, but boy do I hate getting that Jan/Feb statement!

I USE MY GM CREDIT CARD, 4 paying annual dues, no surchrage and get 5% gm REBATE 4 purchase of new GM VEHICLES

If you are a GM employee, the GM Mastercard is "worthless now", effective 2003 you only get 1% towards a GM car.
We use our Continental Master Card for our DVC dues and get 1800 FF miles every year.:D
The only credit cards MS accept for dues is Mastercard and Visa.

Ncligs,

Also, starting 8-1-2003 you will not be able to use the GM card earnings in conjunction with the employee discount. It sure was a good deal while it lasted, use the card dollars and the discount. Guess it was too good.

i called the other day to inquire about the plastic as well. seems that wdw is dropping the "white glove treatment" with the american express card and are going to be using visa exclusively for patrons to obtain points to go to wdw (like sky miles). wdw will accept american express for payment anywhere except through dvc maint. fees. hope that helps.:smooth:

I just wanted to confirm that Master Card was accepted today by accounting/member services. I called this morning and used it to pay my dues. That's a nice chunck of airline miles for us. Thanks for bringing up this topic.
