Paying Disney VISA ahead

I am trying to get as many VISA rewards points as possible for next week's trip. If I pay ahead on my balance (i.e., pay on things that have already been charged but that I haven't received a bill for yet) will I get the corresponding rewards points to transfer to my card, or will the points not be available until my posting date (which is the day after we come home )?

Points do not post to your account until the billing cycle has ended. It doesn't matter whether you paid the charges off before the cycle ends.
