Paying cash

Can you pay cash for your room charges like you can at WDW?
Many of our trips to WDW we set up a room charge and pay cash for the charges.
Any info on this would be appreciated!!

I believe you can settle up on your room charges on the last night of your cruise by visiting the guest services desk and paying cash for the room charges then......unless your room charges exceed, I believe, $300, then they will charge your cc on file.....hope this helps out.

We always pre-pay our onboard account but we are still asked for a Credit Card when we check-in. If we go over our pre-paid amount we go to guest services the night before we leave the ship to pay off our charges with cash. You can call 1-800-601-8455 for more info. on pre-paying your account.

I just called the above phone number, was told that if you leave a cash deposit for your acct, you do not have to leave a cc. I was also told that there is no $$ amt deposit required per person. (don't know if I believe that one though!! I have been told by my travel agent that you have to leave $200 deposit per person for a cash acct.)

On our cruise a year ago--they asked for a cc # even though I said I wanted to pay cash. We were told to just go to Guest services to pay cash. We started out and gave them $500. We just kept paying off our balance every other day so we knew how much we could spend w/out having to charge a dime!
