Paying Cash

Hello,

We are going on a big family trip in 2013 so we are saving all our points for that trip. That being said, DH wants to go down in Fall 2012 as well. We will pay cash. Do DVC members get any discounts on all cash reservations? Would I need to call through MS?

Yes, 25% when available and you do call Member Services. You do know that is on DVC resorts only, which are really high even with a discount.

If you have an annual pass that discount is greater and sometimes even the Public Discount is better.

When a member books a discounted cash reservation through MS, the member is supposed to be staying in the villa.

This is true. We just booked a cash ressie at HHI and the CM specifically asked if the reservation was exclusively for us.
