Paying Cash for Moderate or Value thru DVC Member Services

We are wanting to add one more night to our vacation and were looking at paying cash for a Moderate or Value Resort. The issue we are having is that the Disney site requires us to buy a ticket to add the QS meal plan to our extra day. We are going to get 10 day park hoppers and do it want to add any more days. Can we do a cash reservation for a moderate or value resort via DVC Member Services (so we do not have to add a ticket to add the QS dining plan)?

No, DVC Member Services can only book DVC resorts for cash.

I think that you can get a "room only" from Disney.

Thanks everyone! We just booked a room only stay at POFQ. This will follow a split stay at BLT and AKL Jambo. Can't wait!

One thing you could have done would be to get a 1 day pass and not use it for this trip and then upgrade it in the future for an AP or other option. That way you could get the DP package. I think they waive the ticket requirement if you have an AP or similar (others more certain could chime in) but I doubt they would for the 10 day option though it never hurts to ask.
