paying at GCH cash for balance?

Dumb question I am sure, but can I pay the balance on our room for cash when I check in? Then leave the credit card for incidentals on file? My parents are going to give us the money there and I know it will be cash. I would rather just give it to the hotel then carry it around and then put it in the bank then pay the bill. I wasn't sure if they cared the first night was credit card, the balance cash, and the credit card still for the room charges.

I paid for the balance on the room in cash last x-mas at the PP & it was no problem! Also put a cc on file for incidentals... Hope that helps!

It is no problem. They don't care as long as they get paid!
