Paying Annual Dues

So as I am getting ready to pay my dues I see on the bill the majority of this is considered "Property Taxes". If that is the case then are we eligible to get the Florida resident reduced prices on Disney Park tickets even though we do not live in Florida?

No. Purchase documents specifically say that DVC membership does not qualify anyone as a Florida resident.
